Grow the circle until every town in play is inside it.
How to play
Grow the circle until every town in play is inside it. The first city you name is the centre. After that, every city has to be inside the current circle, and the new edge is drawn out from that city. A city near the edge pushes the circle a long way; one near the middle hardly moves it. A city outside the circle is simply ignored, and the circle never shrinks. The reach setting decides how far past each city the edge goes. The smaller it is, the harder the game.
